The Embassy in Abu Dhabi and Consulate in Dubai of Nigeria requires that all applicants applying for Nigerian Visa in the UAE is mandatory to submit their application to OIS Office in JLT, Dubai
All Visa applications must be submitted by the applicant in person.
Applicants are NOT to go to the Embassy or Consulate unless they are called for an interview.

THE GENERAL PUBLIC IS HEREBY INFORMED THAT BIOMETRICS VISA ENROLLMENT WILL COMMENCE FULLY ON 15TH NOVEMBER 2017. ALL APPLICANTS ARE EXPECTED TO COME IN ON APPOINTMENT DATE WITH THEIR DOCUMENTS FOR VISA APPLICATIONS AND BIOMETRICS. BOOK APPOINTMENT AT OIS SERVICES APPOINTMENT BOOKING SITE BEFORE COMING. KINDLY PRESENT THE APPOINTMENT BOOKING SLIP WHEN YOU COME TO SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

NON EMIRATI PASSPORT HOLDER`S OR NATIONALITY WHERE NIGERIA DOES NOT MAINTAIN A MISSION MUST SUBMIT EVIDENCE OF LEGAL STAY OR RESIDENCE IN THE UAE.

OTHERWISE, THEY ARE ADVISED TO OBTAIN THEIR VISAS FROM COUNTRIES OF ORIGIN.

Note: Application not supported by all the requirements will not be accepted by the Nigerian Embassy/Consulate.

Multiple permits/visas are issued at the discretion of the Visas Officer

Kindly note, once the applicant decided to withdraw their passport in the time that the application is still under processing for Nigerian Visa the application will be closed and canceled completely. The withdrawal request may take up to 2-3 business days to complete and that all the Visa fee online, Agency fee and processing fee is Non- refundable. The applicant needs to send the Request letter attached to this email infodubai@oisservices.com.

All letters must be addressed to the proper processing center selected in the online application form.

Appointment booking: Applicants are required to book an appointment atleast a day before they want to submit the application/ documents.
