All payments for services provided through this website or any Visa Application Centre operated by Online Integrated Solutions (OIS) must be made exclusively in the name of Online Integrated Solutions (OIS) and only through the official payment channels expressly designated and published by OIS through OIS's authorized platforms.

Unauthorized Payments Prohibited

Under no circumstances does OIS authorize payments to be made to any individual, staff/employee, agent, intermediary, or third party purportedly acting on its behalf.

⚠️ Any request for payment to a personal account, unauthorized third party entity, or through unofficial means shall be considered fraudulent and immediately reported to OIS through the official contact details provided on this website.

Cash Payment Policy

Except where expressly permitted at an authorized OIS Visa Application Centre, OIS does not accept cash payments.

Any cash payment made to an individual or outside an authorized OIS facility shall be considered unauthorized.

No Liability for Unauthorized Payments

OIS bears no responsibility whatsoever for payments made outside its officially designated payment channels. Accordingly, OIS shall not be liable for any loss, damages, claims, costs, or liabilities arising from or related to payments made to unauthorized persons, entities, accounts, or payment channels that have not been expressly approved and communicated through OIS's official platforms.

Furthermore, OIS shall not be obligated to refund, reimburse, or compensate any person for payments made to unauthorized individuals, entities, or accounts, including payments made in reliance on fraudulent representations by persons falsely claiming to represent OIS.
